MUNNAR TEA GARDENS


Mountains are fascinating but if they they have a velvet carpet on them,  they are breathtaking. The misty mornings, lush green tea gardens, the pepper entwined trees and the colourful tea pickers of Munnar (Kerala) are my inspiration for this acrylic on canvas.I plan a few more paintings of the 'Gods own country' which I visited recently.

Wow!! The details are unbelievably clear. Almost like a photograph. The colours are also beautifully balanced.
